This is a great place for Vietnamese food across from the Hulen Mall next to Five Guys Burgers. The first time, I had the grilled pork and vermicelli noodles. The boneless pork chop was thick (3/4 inches) and came with sauce on top. It could have used more of a smoke grill flavor but it was very tasty.
Today was a bit chilly so I went for a late lunch and had the beef stew with egg noodles. The noodles were a bit clumped together in the stew but I didn't mind mixing it in the broth to separate the noodles. The hot stew was slow cooked hearty and rich with a good amount (around 5 to 6 ounces) of large meaty beef chunks with slices of carrots and a bit of onions. The flavor of the stew was excellent with a hint of anise (slightly licorice flavor which is common in Asian meat stews). I also had hot Vietnamese coffee (comes in iced or hot) which is basically an espresso like coffee served over thick sweet and pudding-like condensed milk. Mixed together, the sweet coffee packs a caffeine punch that puts Starbucks to shame. I highly recommend this place and will be back to try more dishes! -

This place was not up to par, the fried calamari's was so runny it kept falling off as I dipped it in sauce. The Pho was unflavorable, I tried my hardest to add sauces (Sriracha , hoisin , chili oil, fish sauce 3 crabs brand and like) to it but it didn't help as much. Before adding it tasted just like onion soup. I've never seen a pho place with crab Rangoon.
The service was good , the guy was kind friendly and fast!
I won't be returning . -

I was excited to see this place had gone in on Hulen. However, our experience here was lackluster.
Good:
Inexpensive
Fast service
Average flavor
Needs Improvement:
Cleanliness. There were multiple tables with dirty dishes and the place was nearly empty. It took a good 30 minutes before the wait staff came to clear those tables.
The pho was not flavorful. Although not bad, it was nothing to get excited about.
My noodles were in a clump at the bottom of the bowl. It was clear they had been made previously and refrigerated. The cook did nothing to separate out the noodles. They were still in a block at the bottom. Yuck.
We asked for a pot of hot tea and got charged for an extra cup. The extra charge was not listed on the menu.
Pho is becoming increasingly common in this area. There are several pho houses nearby that have much better taste for the same price.
I highly doubt I will return to this location. -

Arrived around the "off" time of 3pm. Restaurant was empty but the staff was very nice and responsive. Food was really good.
We ordered:
Wanton soup
Egg rolls
Beef & Broccoli
Shrimp spring rolls
Shrimp pho
All was very delicious hot and had flavor.
The restaurant was very clean even the restrooms.
We will definitely be back to try the sushi. -

I really like this location it's convenient, and their tofu is delicious - the portions of food is enough for lunch and then dinner later on - plenty of seating , no outside seating though staff is speedy . I had chelsea last time she was great.
It's a good spot if you're in the mood for some pho or a different signature Vietnamese dish.
